Minsk, Washington discuss bilateral relations

Phillip Gordon, US Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, today held a meeting with the head of the presidential administration and Belarus' foreign minister.
During the meeting with Sergei Martynov, the sides discussed the issues of developing the Belarus-US relations, including the use of available possibilities to expand trade and economic cooperation and interaction in the field of international security.

The Office of Belarus' President said that during a meeting between Gordon and Uladzimir Makei, the sides discussed the agenda of Belarus-US bilateral conditions.

Belarus and US had a serious exchange of views on the issues of cooperation and interaction in the field of international security and disarmament, reports the Interfax Zapad news agency.
