Ukrainian journalist Mihailina Skorik has to leave Belarus, the police said. The Ukrainian citizen is on the Russian black list which means that her presence in Belarus is undesirable. Minsk Frunze District police have informed the Ukrainian about the problem and handed over the corresponding document to her. “Please leave, and do not come back anymore. Otherwise, the consequences may be serious,” Mihailina Skorik quoted a Belarusian policeman.

Skorik is visiting her friends in Minsk. She had been planning to spend 5 days in the city. She is a freelancer and has been doing educational and analytical work for a few years. She had no problems at the airport in Minsk. However, she was asked to visit the police by phone later.  Mihailina Skorik does not understand why she is on the Russian black list. Her husband was a member of the National Guard who fought against separatists and was killed in Ilovaisk in 2014, belsat.eu reports.
