Minsk demands that Russia should cancel oil export duties
Russia delays the fulfillment of a number of agreements reached during the negotiations in Moscow on January 27. They concern the terms of oil supplies from the Russian Federation to Belarus. The deputy head of the department of customs control of the Belarusian State Customs Committee (SCC) Natallya Rynkevich has claimed it. According to her, vice Prime Ministers of Belarus and Russia Uladzimir Syamashka and Ihar Sechyn have signed a protocol obliging Russia to settle all the issues concerning Russian oil supplies to Belarus in February 2010. However, Russia has not taken any measures so far, said the official.

It says that customs duties should be imposed on oil products imported from the Russian Federation to Belarus starting from January 1, 2010.
