Ministry of Justice to announce its decision concerning civil organization “Vyasna”
The Belarusian Ministry of Justice will announce its decision concerning the registration of a civil human rights defending organization “Vyasna” tomorrow.
A month since the initiators of its creation have sent documents to the Ministry of Justice will pass on August 23.
Let us remind you that the human rights defending organization “Vyasna” was liquidated by the Supreme Court during the “clean-up” of the independent “third sector” in 2003. Human rights defenders are trying to legalize their organization again.
A lawyer Valyantsin Stefanovich visited the Ministry of Justice yesterday. However, the deputy Minister Alyaksandr Petrash did not say that the decision concerning “Vyasna” had been taken.
“It proves our guess that the organization will not be registered”, - noted Stefanovich.
