Memorial sign installation starts in Kurapaty

The official memorial sign is being installed in the Kurapaty Tract, activist of the Monument Protection Association Yury Melyashkevich reported on Facebook.
"The memorial sign and the basement of the sculpture are being installed at the moment. The silent memory bell has also been delivered to the constriction site," he wrote.
The official Belarusian Tarde Union Association is in charge of the installation of the monument. The project suggested by sculptors Volha Nyachai and Syarhei Ahanau and architects Maria Markautsova and Volha Yarmolina won the contest organized by the Ministry of Culture.
