Lukashenka to visit London in November?

Alexander Lukashenka is willing to attend the Belarusian Economic Forum in London, after the EU has lifted visa sanctions against him imposed in 2006.
According to Belarus Partisan, a source at the Belarusian foreign ministry said an order had already been received from the Office of the President to begin preparations for Lukashenka's visit to Great Britain. The Belarusian Investment Forum will take place on November 18 in London.

It aims to present Belarus's investment opportunities to the international business circles and to establish direct contacts between potential investors and enterprises and banks in Belarus. Initially, Prime Minister Sergei Sidorski was announced to head the Belarus delegation.
