Lukashenka to speak at forum on security in Eastern Europe

Belarus President Aliaksandr Lukashenka is expected to speak at the plenary session "How to make Eastern Europe a region of cooperation, not confrontation" during the security forum organized by the Minsk Dialogue initiative on 23 May, one of the organizers Dzianis Melyantsou told reporters on Monday. The Minsk Dialogue forum will focus on conflict prevention and resolution in Europe.

Nearly 200 experts from 40 countries of the world will attend the conference. The list of participants includes OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger, ex-CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha, former Poland's president Alexander Kwasniewski, representatives of European Parliament, Germany's Bundestag, Eurasian Economic Commission.
