Lukashenka invites Zelensky to Belarus

Alyaksandr Lukashenka has sent a letter of gratitude to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and invited him to Belarus, writes TUT.by.

The head of Belarus thanked his colleague for the warm welcome of the delegation in Zhytomyr. Last week the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine took place there. During the Forum, a meeting between Lukashenka and Zelensky took place.

In his letter, Lukashenka stressed that the talks at the highest level showed solidarity of the countries in the international agenda and bilateral cooperation.

"I look forward to the continuation of active and meaningful contacts," added the Belarusian leader.

Lukashenka invited Zelensky to Belarus with an official visit at a convenient time.
