Lukashenka to hire Timothy Bell to improve Belarus's world image
Timothy Bell, a prominent advertising and public relations executive in the United Kingdom, is expected to work on improving the image of Belarus in the West.
He was offered this opportunity by Alexander Lukashenka. Meeting with Mr Bell, Lukashenka said that no modern nation can do without professional public relations services.
