Leanid Smouzh jailed for 5 days
Judge Navitskaya rules straightaway to sentence activist Leanid Smouzh to 5 days of arrest.
According to Radio Liberty, policemen acted as witnesses during the trial in court. Civil activist Ilya Dabratvor also witnessed. He said Smouzh was not resisting the police or shouting.
As Euroradio informed before, Leanid Smouzh was detained on November 10 right after the rally and the demonstration to Loshytsa. He wore the T-shirt which said 'For Belarus Without Lukashenka' at the demonstration.
