Leaders of Customs Union member states meet in Almaty

The Presidents of Belarus, Russia sand Kazakstan have arrived in Almaty to take part in a many-sided informal summit meeting of the Customs Union member states. The Presidents will discuss problematic issues of the creation of the Customs Union that have arisen as a result of the decisions taken at a meeting in Minsk on November 27. Let us remind you that according to the decisions, the union should be launched on January 1, 2010.

The Presidents of the Customs Union member states are supposed to consider and approve the project of creation of the common free market zone (CFMZ).
