Latvia may close Vitsyebsk consulate

“The decision has not yet been made, we are just discussing the possibility on condition the budget remains as it stands. Believe me, no one wants it. But the ministry’s budget has been cut because of the crisis,” he told ERB.

The Latvian foreign office considers closing consulates in Russia’s Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Pskov.
