Kurt Freizer unsure about our national team
The Belarusian national team will play in two friendly matches with Germany and Latvia before the World Hockey Championship 2008 that will take place in Canada next spring.
The general manager of our national team Svuataslau Kisyaleu informed about it. Two matches with Germany will be played in our rivals’ country. They will take place before going overseas.
The two matches with Latvia will take place in Canada before the World Championship starts.
It is still unknown who is going to train out team at the next championship. Svyataslau Kisyalyeu noted that the term of contract with Kurt Freizer would end on May 31.
The American is not ready to answer whether he is able to continue working with our team or not.
It is possible that Freizer will find a job in North America.
At the same time Belarus would eagerly prolong the contract with this overseas specialist.
