Innovative buses showcased in Minsk (video)
Minsk bus maker MAZ unveils new fifth-generation buses with more environment-friendly engines.
Their engines emit 30% less dangerous substances into the atmosphere. The buses have innovative Euro-5 engines using gas instead of petrol and diesel oil.
The eco-bus is also equipped with an air conditioner able to cool the air in the bus when it is up to 50 degrees Celsius outside. Before passengers and drivers can assess the new buses, they will have to be tested in special testing grounds, Belarus 1 reports.
