Horizont TV maker continues discount sales

The rise of the US dollar and Euro exchange rates have pushed up the prices for foreign household appliancies. Locally-made products are sold at the old prices, Zinaida Kuzmina, the director of the Horizont trading house said in an interview with the European Radio for Belarus: “We are now selling at the previous prices, because the costs are formed by the costs of manufacturers. As soon as producers raise their costs, retailers will do the same. We can't increase the prices arbitrarily, because we have limitations in the sales margin.

According to Zinaida Kuzmina, there has been an increase in the demand for domestically made household devices after the New Year.

It is yet to be known if the low prices remain for a long time. Kizmina says that on January 6 the Horizont plant was selling the products to her trading house at the old prices.
