Homel opposition member demands KGB complaint book with the help of police

An opposition activist Kanstantsin Zhukouski called the police after he had not been given the complaint book. Employees of the local affiliate of KGB turned out to be the infringers. Zhukouski and Andrei Tsanyuta came to KGB on April 29. They wanted to take back the computer and other things confiscated from Tsanyuta during a search conducted in September 2007. Let us remind you that a criminal case for membership in an unregistered organization “Malady Front” was started against Tsanyuta. However, the case was suspended on April 25 and the guy was informed that he could get his computer back.

KGB refused to register the guy’s appeal for getting the property back legislatively. Zhukouski demanded the complaint book but KGB employees refused to present it to him. The guys had to call the police for help. According to Zhukouski, the policeman spent a few minutes knocking on the open door.

Zhukouskі: "So I decided to find out who would win – KGB or the police. KGB lost that time and the policeman was smiling. Policemen were glad we had won with their help”.

The guys wrote about the refusal to register their appeal in the complaint book. Tsanyuta is going to make another attempt to register their appeal in KGB soon.
