Hlybokaye journalists shoot film Children of War (video)

Hlybokaye journalists have shot a film about the people who survived Hitler’s punitive expeditions during the Great Patriotic War. Nazis organized the punitive expedition Nuremberg in November 1942. It was targeted at partisans in Kazyanski Forests.

Peaceful citizens were killed during the operation. A lot of them were burnt alive. Those who survived at that terrible time were children during the war. That is why the film is called Children of War.

Leanid Yuryk and Zmitser Lupach shot the film. The text was read out by Zmitsesr Bartosik. Two more chapters are going to be shot later. They will be about young prisoners of concentration camps and about their post-war childhood.
