Hearing of the case of BCP suspension resumed at Supreme Court

The hearing of the case of suspension of activities of the Belarusian Communist Party for 6 months according to the appeal of the Ministry of Justice has been resumed at the Supreme Court today. The Ministry claims that the BCP is violating the existing laws and its own statute.

Several written warnings were pronounced to the party. The appeal also says that the party violated the existing laws by having organized a meeting of the political organization abroad.

In its turn, the BCP claims that the party has exposed its shortcomings and fulfilled the requirements of the Ministry.
