Government toughens control over discos, night clubs
The government of Belarus has issued a resolution, setting out stiffer regulations for the operation of discotheques and night clubs in this country. The document is mandatory for all the legal entities, regardless of the form of ownership, and for private entrepreneurs.
The regulation determines the notions like discotheque, a night club, open or in-door stages. Discotheques from 2200 till 0600 are only allowed in in-door stages and night clubs.
Individuals aged less than 18 years old are banned from entering night clubs. Discotheques or the operation of night clubs are prohibited from taking place in private apartments, reports BDG newspaper.
