Georgia votes for new parliament
Voting is underway in Georgia in parliamentary polls, with nine political parties and three electoral blocs taking part. Around 3000 foreign observers and up to 2000 local observers are monitoring the election. The polls will not take place in the breakaway regions of Abkhazia and Northern Ossetia.
