“Gazprom”: “There is no conflict with Belarus”
"Gazprom" hopes that the problem of Belarusian debts for Russian gas will never appear again. The press-secretary of the head of the administration of the Russian concern Sergei Kupriyanov made this announcement yesterday.
“There is no conflict with Belarus, - stressed the press-secretary in a live programme of the “Eho Moskvy” radio station. – I hope that this situation will remind our Belarusian colleagues that the relations of two companies should not be confused with interstate relations.
It is necessary to pay according to the engagements mentioned in the contract. We are trying to make our colleagues stick to this rule and in our turn we guarantee fulfillment of the engagements”.
