Frog tunnel planned under M6 Minsk-Hrodna highway

A tunnel for frogs will be built under the M6 Minsk-Hrodna highway in a swamp area near the villages of Vasiliski and Maloje Mazejkava (197 km off the capital city). This is the stretch currently under reconstruction.
Environment protection experts reckon the passageways can also be used by lizzards, water snakes, mice and insects living in marshes, Hrodzenskaja Prauda reports.
