European Parliament adopts resolution in support of Estonia

The European Parliament has adopted a resolution in which it expressed support of Estonia and denounced the interference of Russia in the Baltic country’s internal affaires.
The resolution also denounces the hostile Russian rhetoric and the attempts to use economic pressure against Estonia as a means of foreign policy. The deputies of the European Parliament noted that they considered the attacks on the little EU-member country as a check of solidarity of the European Union.

The Parliament urges the European Commission and all EU-members to analyze attacks on Estonian web-sites and find out how to struggle with it. The European Parliament urges Russia to start an open dialogue on the crimes against humanity including the crimes of the totalitarian communism with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
