EU commissioner still plans to visit Belarus

Benita Ferrero-Waldner still plans to visit Belarus but the date of her trip has not yet been set, spokeswoman for the European Union's commissioner for external relations and European neighborhood policy, told Euroradio.
It depends on her schedule and when she finds an opportunity to come to Belarus, spokeswoman Christiane Hohmann, said.

She added that Ferrero-Waldner's agenda will depend on who she will be able to meet Minsk.

Ferrero-Waldner was initially expected to stay in Belarus on March 12 and 13, but the visit was postponed to mid-April because of what was called schedule problems. She postponed her visit again last week.
