Entrepreneurs okayed to stage rally on Sep 10 in Minsk

The authorities in Minsk have issued a permit to the Perspektiva association to stage a rally at noon on the Bangalore square in Minsk. Perspektiva, which unites small-size entrepreneurs, wants to draw attention of the government to their problems.
"We want to be heard," says Anatol Shumchanka, the leader of Perspektiva.

Entrepreneurs protest against two presidential decrees. One of them allows employing only close relatives. The other one obliges entrepreneurs to establish private companies.

Anatol Shumchanka describes these decrees as "unacceptable for entrepreneurs" and hopes that Lukashenka will hear their voice.
