Enthusiasts to challenge ban on tinted car windows

A group of motorists plans to challenge Alyaksandr Lukashenka's ban on tinted vehicle windows.
The ban on tinted auto windows contravenes an international convention signed by Belarus. The country's traffic rules say that the convention takes precedence over internal regulations, said Alyaksandr, founder of the driver rights Web site, stop-gai.by.

Motorists intend to ask the Constitutional Court to challenge a presidential decree that banned tinted windows.
