Election commission rejects all complaints cotesting parliamentary election

The central election commission on October 24 rejected all five complaints contesting the official results of September’s House of Representatives elections.

“Information and instances stated in the complaints do not evidence violations of electoral regulations or are of a conjectural nature,” BelaPAN quoted Nadzeya Kisyalyova, a member of the central election commission, as saying.

At its meeting on October 13, the central election commission rejected 27 complaints from former parliamentary candidates, the news agency reports.
