Dubski is arraigned and faces three years of imprisonment

A former participant of “The case of 14’ Artsyom Dubski has been arraigned this Friday. The youth movement activist is facing from 6 to 36 months of imprisonment.
“Charter-97” informs that Dubski is accused of evading his sentence (restraint of liberty). He will remain behind the bars during the investigation for about a month and will stand trial afterwards.

Let us remind you that Dubski is in Asipovichy confinement cell now. He will be transferred to Babruisk confinement cell one of these days. He was delivered there in the middle of February when he was made to get off his train in Homel. He was coming back from Ukraine. Artsyom Dubski was sentenced to two years of restraint of liberty for participation in an entrepreneurs’ protest action in the capital last year.
