Dollar millionaires to be legalized in Belarus?
PriorBank CEO Siargej Kasciuchenka has proposed the government of Belarus to legalize dollar millionaires. According to the top banker, there are at least 7-10,000 dollar millionaires in this country.
Kasciuchenka suggested that the government find an incentive in order to attract the resources of the domestic millionaires into the Belarusian banks. Currently, there are only two accounts with over $1 million on each of them at PriorBank.
Kasciuchenka also noted that there are 650 accounts with at least $1 million at Reiffeisenbank-Ukraine, reports Interfax.
