Doctor’s Day - Minister promises to rise doctors’ salary
Today is the Doctor’s Day in Belarus. Belarusian doctors’ salary will be increased on July 1. The Minister of Healthcare Vasil Zharko informed journalists about it at a festive event dedicated to the Doctor’s Day. According to the Minister, the issue of rising doctors’ salary has been approved by A. Lukashenka. In particular, the salary of doctors will increase by 25% in outpatient institutions and by 10% in hospitals.
Speaking about the paramedical personnel, V.Zharko noted that the Ministry would work out a new salary system by the end of the year. It will help increase the salary of all medical workers.
