Council of Europe's info center in Minsk visited by 0.8 people per day

The number of visitors at the Council of Europe's informaton center in Minsk has incresed from 0.7 to 0.8 people per day over the past three months.  "From June 8 through September 11 we were visted by 71 people. We also received 65 phone calls", Igor Gorski who works at the center told the European Radio for Belarus.

We reported earlier that 7 people visited the center within the first ten days.

The list of visitors includes mainly students who are interested in the Council of Europe and international exchange programs.

Under a new project, major TV channels as well as the monitors in administrative buildings and business centers will screen social advertising videos. The advertising will also be placed on bigboards and at universities across the country.

The information center of the Council of Europe opened on June 8 in the building of the faculty of journalism at the Belarus State Unievrsity.
