Constitutional Act not on Lukashenka-Putin summit agenda

The meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Belarus-Russia Union State is expected on December 14 in Minsk to change members of the commission which is drafting the Constitutional Act of the union state, according to the press release of the Union State's Permanent Committee, reports Belarus Partisan. The summit agenda will include the following key issues of the Belarus-Russian integration: the union's budget process; trade and economic cooperation; coordination of foreign policy; culture.

The presidents are expected to approve the union's budget of over  Rur 4 billion ($164.5 million). The Constitutional Act will not be on the summit agenda, according to the press release.
