Chemist’s shops still lack anti-viral agents

It is still difficult to find anti-viral agents and masks in Minsk chemist’s shops. Arpetol, Tamiflu and oxoline are still not available. Nevertheless, queues near chemist’s shops have not disappeared. As ERB has found out in a Minsk drugstore “Fanifarm”, some of the drugs may appear this week:
“Fanifarm” employee: “We should receive Arpetol, the plant is elaborating something and oxoline will appear this week. I do not know whether we are going to get Tamiflu as we did not have it even at the beginning of the flu epidemic. Masks are being delivered little by little but they are usually sold out quickly”.
As a result of the fact that these medications cannot be found in chemist’s shops, people buy vitamins or usual antipyretics instead.
