Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who is currently in Russia, is to make a stop in Belarus on July 23 on his way back to Venezuela.

He is expected to meet with Belarusian President Alyaksandr Lukashenka face to face and co-chair talks between government delegations that are expected to result in cooperation agreements, Interfax reported.
