Charhinets: law on benefits is difficult to comprehend

The head of the commission on international affaires and national safety of the Council of the Republic Mikalai Charhinets claimed that he considered the law on benefits cancellation to be difficult to comprehend.

Mr. Charhinets thinks that help should not be provided “by tea-spoons”. “The one who really needs help should be given a big table-spoon of it”, - quotes an internet edition “Telegraph”. Mr. Charhinets is sure that the money that would be available after the law comes into power should be allocated for categorical assistance.

Let us remind you that the Council of the Republic unanimously approved of the project of the law on benefits cancellation yesterday. The provisions of the law will come into power six months after the law is signed by the Belarusian President Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
