Cartoon Belarusian terrorist frightens Boston

A 27-year-old Belarusian Piotr Byardouski and his American friend were hired to advertise a new cartoon for adults. The guys hang small lanterns with cartoon pictures on bridges and historical buildings of the city.
The police took the lanterns for bombs and put cordons around every bridge. People living nearby were evacuated. When the police detained the guys they could not help laughing and were joking answering journalists’ questions. They are in no laughing mood now.

According to the police report, the city wasted half million dollars for the issue. Piotr Byardousky is under the risk of deportation.
