Bus drivers to be deprived of bonus if they fail to sell tickets
Drivers of Minsk buses will be deprived of their bonuses if they fail to fulfill the ticket sale plan. To fulfill a monthly plan a driver has to sell tickets for the sum of 180 thousand rubles. If they fail to do it, they will not get their wage bonus of 170 thousands.
A driver of bus line 52 has told ERB:
Driver: "They may deprive us of the bonus if we do not fulfill the plan. We have to sell tickets to our acquaintances to do it. That’s it”.
