British PM talks about long-term terror threat
Security has been stepped up while the British police is on the look out for terrorists which attacked an airport in Glasgow and attempted to blow two car bombs in the center of London.
Peter Clark, the chief of the anti-terror police force in London, said in a statement that the probe aiming to catch all of those behnd the attcks was smooth with more information coming in every hour.
British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said that the people behind the attacks were linked with Al-Quaeda:
“This is a long-term threat. Regardless of Iraq and Afganistan, we are dealing with an organization that seeks to do as much harm as possible to the life of citizens and promotes a terror aim unacceptable by the majority of people," he said.
