Committee member: “Half of local inhabitants are elderly people. Somebody asked us to come by phone, others sent their requests with the help of neighbours. The houses are scattered here, they are like isolated farmsteads situated 4 km away from one another.”

However, it is not clear how the committee members managed to visit 240 people in 7 hours. Only 17% of local inhabitants voted early at this polling station.
