BPF leader prevented from flying to London

Alyaksey Yanukevich, leader of the Belarusian Popular Front (BPF), plans to make another attempt on October 5 to fly to London after he had been prevented from boarding a plane the previous day. Yanukevich was searched for two and a half hours by customs officers at Minsk International Airport.
Yanukevich has been invited to attend an annual conference of Britain's Conservative Party, Belorussky Partisan reports.
