BNF party prepares its presidential candidate in Belarus
The BNF party will chose its presidential candidate in Belarus among its members during the current elections. The decision was taken by the Council of the party yesterday.
The political commission will have to prepare a project of the procedure of choosing a candidate and to approve the list of possible contenders till November 1.
At the same time, it was noted that BNF members would take part in the election of the candidate of the united democratic forces if necessary.
However, it will happen only if the decision about the procedure of the election “is taken according to a consensus of all subjects presenting their contenders for the position of a single candidate of the united democratic forces”.
