The first issue of a literary and art illustrated magazine “September” is out. Its editor-in-chief is the deputy head of the Union of Belarusian Writers, poet and bard Edward Akulin. According to him, the magazine was founded by the Belarusian Language Association as a youth literary and art edition. He has noted that the new magazine will publish the best examples of the modern Belarusian literature.
The edition will be out twice a year, however, they are planning to make it a quarterly in 2010, reports BelaPAN.
