Bicycles thieves get active in Minsk (photo)

According to the press-office of Minsk police, the theft was well-planned and prepared. The youngsters knew the door code of the residential building in Pioneer Street, they purposefully hid their faces in order not to be filmed by surveillance cameras. Some time later, the guys walked out with two bicycles that were parked near the elevator.
