Belaya Rus to convene on Saturday

Belaya Rus, a pro-presidential association, plans to hold its first convention in Minsk on Saturday with 380 delegates in attendance.  
BELTA reports that delegates are expected to approve a program proposed by the association's chairman, Alyaksandr Radzkou, Belarus' education minister.

 

Established in November 2007, Belaya Rus has been groomed as a pro-presidential party. It has more than 80,000 members.
