Belarusians to learn road rules at 3

A deputy Minister of Internal Affaires Alyaksandr Mendzeleu is elaborating a programme of teaching young Belarusians to stick to road rules from the age of three.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affaires Uladzimir Navumau informed about it at a press conference in Minsk. He noted that the programme would start on September 1.

However, the programme will not include measures needed to exercise influence on people who are temporarily jobless. According to the Minister, such people are engaged in half of all road accidents.
