Belarusian worker threatening with suicide in St. Petersburg

A Belarusian worker Alyaksandr Kasatski is threatening to commit suicide in St. Petersburg. He is on top of the highest building, the unfinished trade centre in Moscow Avenue.
According to Kasatski, his co-workers are mostly Belarusians. They haven’t received any money for more than a month. They have to get about 130 thousand Russian rubles (about 5 thousand USD).

The Belarusians do not have enough money to return home. One of the workers is ill, he has been discharged from hospital recently.
