Belarusian to supervise Ukraine monetary policy

In 2000 he graduated from the Belarusian State University as an economist and teacher of economics. Later, he did his Masters Degree at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, he graduated with a master's degree in economics in 2002.

From 2002 to 2004 he was a Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic Research and Policy Consulting in Ukraine, until 2007 he worked as an economist, researcher in the representative office of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine.

Prior to his appointment at the National Bank of Ukraine, he was Head of the Department of Analysis and Research at the Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
