Belarusian hockey players occupy 4th position at “World youth challenge”
Belarus national junior team has not managed to win a bronze medal at a traditional international tournament “World youth challenge”. Our team was defeated by East Canada team – 1:9. Belarusian had only 14 hours of rest after a semi-final match against West Canada before that match. They lost 1:4.
They only Belarusians’ goal was scored by Ihar Varashylau who also caused the sending of a Canadian player off the field. The USA national team won the tournament having defeated the team of West Canada in the final - 7:1.
