Belarus vice PM invites Russian oil giants to invest in Belarus refinery

The Belarusian oil refineries are ready to work with Russian investors, Belarus' first vice prime minister Uladzimir Syamashka said in a statement. He said that he invited Russian oil companies Lukoil, Rosneft and others to invest into the Naftan, a big refinery in Belarus. However, Syamashka stressed that investments could be possible on condition that they should supply their own crude oil and have markets for selling the petrochemical products.

Currently, the refineries in Belarus are loaded for only 70 percent, reports Belapan.
