Belarus speaker says union state's Constitutional Act is ready

A draft of the Belarus-Russia union state's Constitutional Act is practically ready to be reviewed by the Supreme State Council of the union state, Vadzim Papou, the chairman of the House of Representatives said in a statement. However, it will be studied only after the elections and inauguration of Russia's new president, reports Belta. Papou said that if the Supreme State Council approves the document, a referendum would need to take place in Russia and Belarus.
